GOAT Creative Solutions — Partner Agreement

This agreement is accepted online at creator and studio signup. A copy is kept for GOAT admin under Admin → Agreement.

1. 1. Role

   Partner joins as a creator and/or studio owner on GOAT Creative Solutions. Approval is required. Listing does not guarantee jobs or bookings.

2. 2. How work is claimed

   Jobs and studio session requests are offered as available. Partner must accept from the dashboard. Work is not forced; the first valid accept may claim it. Studio requests may expire if not accepted in time.

3. 3. Payout

   Partner receives 80% of the relevant job or studio package value. GOAT’s platform cut is 20%. Referral fees are paid only from GOAT’s cut and never reduce Partner’s 80%. Your 80% split appears on your dashboard once the client approves your uploaded delivery online. Upload within 48 hours after the shoot. Payouts are made on the 7th of each month.

4. 4. Client protection

   Partner will not solicit or book GOAT Creative Solutions clients privately for 12 months after any job or booking introduced through the platform. All such bookings stay on GOAT Creative Solutions.

5. 5. Conduct & delivery

   Partner will act professionally, keep profile and contact details accurate, respond promptly to available work, and deliver agreed outputs on time for review and payout.

6. 6. Platform rules

   Partner will not misuse the network, share account access, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass GOAT payment or booking flows for network-introduced clients.

7. 7. Suspension

   GOAT may refuse, suspend, or end Partner access for abuse, fraud, no-shows, poor delivery, or breach of this agreement or the website Terms.

8. 8. Law

   This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. It sits alongside the GOAT Creative Solutions Terms and Privacy Policy on the website.
